Keep a suitable desk you already own
A converter raises a smaller working area on top of an existing desk. This selection is the 28-inch black FLEXISPOT converter, not the earlier M7B recommendation. Consider it when you want to keep your current desk and its surface can support the converter and equipment.
Fit and limits: Measure the converter’s footprint and lowest keyboard position against your desk and seated setup. Check the exact load, supported equipment and adjustment instructions before ordering; adding a converter can leave typing too high. Keep cables and the travel path clear. If the existing desk already fits your work, a converter may not be needed.

A contoured mat for a standing area
The full-size Topo has raised contours that offer different places to rest your feet while standing. This is the obsidian-black full-size mat, not Topo Mini. Compare it if a contoured surface suits the way you change foot position at your desk.
Fit and limits: Measure the floor area and keep mat edges out of walking routes. Follow the floor-care and footwear guidance for the mat. Move it aside when using a rolling chair if needed; do not treat a mat as a reason to stand all day or as treatment for pain. Sitting, moving and changing position remain separate choices.
